Return Policy

To our valued customer:
We make every effort to bring you a pleasant and successful purchase experiece. If you are not pleased with your purchase you may return it for a refund. Following are Blue Star Supply's return policy guidelines:

- Items are subject to a 20% restocking fee
- Blue Star Supply cannot accept returns of electrical items
- Blue Star Supply cannot accept returns of items that show signs of wear, installation, or use
- Refunds cannot be given for specially made items
- Shipping charges are not refunded
- All returns must be done within 30 days of purchase
- Items returned to Blue Star Supply which are deemed un-returnable will be returned - to the customer at the customer's expense
